GENERAL CONDITIONS.
  • As general condition to make a reservation is to be paid in advance 40 % of the total amount of money as guarantee.
  • The exterior double rooms possess an extra sofa bed.
  • The reservation is not considered accepted without confirmation on part of Hotel "Santa Agueda" by e-mail, ordinary mail or Fax.
  • The time table of reception desk is up to 22 a.m., if the client is going to come late must communicate it to the reception of the Hotel. In opposite case the reservation is annulled.
  • If the annulment is made with more than seven and less than fifteen days from the planned date of arrival the establishment will retain as guarantee 50 % of the payment.
  • If the annulment is made less than seven days from the planned day of arrival the guarantee will stay for the establishment
